Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our First Annual Golf Tournament on May 24, 2021. We were so honored to see so many of our supporters in attendance for a day of golf at Bayonne Golf Club, one of the region’s finest private courses.
The fundraiser was a great success, with all proceeds going to support Irish Rep’s continued virtual programming and live theatre.
Highlights of the day included live music by Margie Mulvihill and John Reynolds, an early hole-in-one by Hugo Morrissey, cocktails, and a festive dinner. Artistic Director Charlotte Moore and Producing Director Ciarán O’Reilly presented a special award to outgoing Irish Consul General Ciarán Madden and his wife Lana Fitzsimons. O’Reilly said, “It is hard to believe this was our first in-person event in a year. What a spectacular way to welcome back the Irish Rep family.” Moore added, “We are so grateful that so many folks showed up for our first ever golf outing! Who knew that a theatre company had so many athletic fans!”
