A MARVELOUS NIGHT
Irish Rep Celebrates the Music of Van Morrison
Monday, June 9, 2025 at 7pm
At The Town Hall | Bryant Park Grill
A Gala Evening featuring performances by Kate Baldwin, Reeve Carney, Michael Cerveris, Jonathan Christopher, Melissa Errico, Myles Frost, Kathryn Gallagher, Peter Gallagher, Kelli O’Hara, Ciarán Sheehan, Gary Troy, Nik Walker, and more to be announced.
On June 9, join Irish Repertory Theatre as we honored the legacy of one of Ireland’s greatest singer-songwriters, Van Morrison, with this one-night-only tribute. This star-studded concert showcased his incredible catalog of timeless classics interpreted by an esteemed cast of Broadway talents. The event showcased the passion and poetry of Morrison’s iconic blend of rock, blues, jazz, and Celtic influences––from the nostalgic rhythms of “Moondance” to the soulful depths of “Into the Mystic” and the enduring charm of “Brown Eyed Girl.”
As Irish Rep’s most significant fundraiser of the year, the evening offered multiple ways to participate. From a pre-concert cocktail reception, to the evening’s centerpiece—the spectacular concert at The Town Hall complete with a full orchestra, directed by Charlotte Moore and Ciarán O’Reilly with music direction by John Bell–to a celebratory dinner at Bryant Park Grill,
Proceeds from the event helped to sustain Irish Repertory Theatre and our mission to bring outstanding Irish and Irish American theatre to Off-Broadway audiences.
