The Opportunity
Irish Repertory Theatre seeks a highly motivated, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in implementing an expanded digital and social media strategy and supporting the rollout of a new website. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Art Director, the ideal candidate will enhance Irish Rep’s online presence, grow audiences, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, with input from Director of Marketing, Irish Rep’s digital marketing and advertising strategy, overseeing all organic social media and email marketing efforts.
- Assist the rollout and ongoing optimization of a new website, collaborating with developers, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Oversee website content management, including regular updates, maintenance, and SEO optimization to improve visibility and engagement.
- Develop and implement multi-channel advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create, schedule, and analyze engaging social media content to build Irish Rep’s online community and grow audience engagement.
- Design and manage email marketing strategies, including automated workflows and segmented campaigns, to enhance patron engagement and retention.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to inform future strategy.
- Foster collaboration with internal departments, including Audience Services, Development, and Artistic, to ensure cohesive communication and marketing execution.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields, preferably in arts, culture, or entertainment.
- Expertise in social media strategy, website management, web analytics, and graphic design principles.
- Demonstrated success in website project management and SEO optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with web design, UX, and CMS platforms.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for theatre and Irish culture is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $56,000 – $59,000, commensurate with experience.
- Irish Rep provides 100% employer-paid comprehensive benefits (health, dental, and vision).
- Participation in a 403(b) retirement plan with a 2% employer match after one year of service.
